The international team, lead by Head Chef Marcus Duchardt and Sous Chefs Mario Herrmann and Gian Paolo Pacchiele, creates unforgettable delicacies.
Just to be clear: if you’re here for Schnitzel and Bratwurst, you’re definitely in the wrong place! This small bijou venue is for gourmet foodies who value treats and the finer things in life.
And joy comes easy, when it comes to wine tasting! Pairing a 4-course dinner with wine can seem intimidating, but it won’t be. So feel free to indulge in a glass of Riesling vom Löss Vorspannhof Mayr, Sauvignon Blanc Hochsulz Skoff, Markowitsch Zweigelt Rubin, Polz Chardonnay Moth, and Traminer Auslese Kracher. All these wine choices will complement the flavors of your dinner.
