With only 18 rooms, Rosi’s Sonnbergstubn feels personal with all the conveniences of an upscale Tyrolean hotel. Some of the rooms are freshly renovated, and decorated in a rustic or modern alpine style. You can choose between Double Rooms (20 sqm), Junior Suites (25 sqm) and Suites (30 sqm).

Rosi’s Sonnbergstubn serves traditional Alpine cuisine using local ingredients and international dishes, overseen by chef Fridel Schipflinger, the son of the owner. His creations are literally mouth-watering. Now let’s have a look at his Pollo al Mattone!

Private dining at Rosi’s is ideal for groups of friends, as the restaurant offers a combination of great food, awesome service, and pleasing ambiance. Besides, I can guarantee that you’ll enjoy fabulous dishes in generous portions. Fondue lovers will not be disappointed! And meet lovers will be thrilled! Why’s that? The pièce de résistance is charcoal grilled beef.
